Georgia Institute of Technology is a public, state school in an urban setting in Atlanta, Georgia. Georgia Tech was founded in 1885 and now enrolls around 39,772 students a year, including 16,561 undergrads. Georgia Tech offers on-campus housing for up to 9,823 students.
